Inner Game – 5 Ways To Improve Yourself

Much of your success as a pick up artist will rest upon the confidence that you have in yourself. Not just confidence in your pick up skills, but confidence in the person you are and the life that you lead. This is often referred to as inner game. Your interaction skills and material will only get you so far. Granted, in many cases that may be far enough to reach the goal that you’re working towards: number closing, kiss closing, bringing a girl (or girls) home. But ultimately, your true character and personality is going to come out — and it should! Don’t base your game around pretending to be something that you’re not. Rather, make yourself into the interesting and quality person that you want to be.

I’ve included some suggestions below for improving your lifestyle and developing healthy and interesting hobbies to speed up your dating game on adultfrienedfinder. These are in no particular order. Eat Healthy / Learn To Cook

Eating healthy is really a no-brainer. This is something everyone should strive for. Apart from the obvious health benefits, establishing a good diet will improve your physique and give your more energy — both of which will help your game. Additionally, learning to cook is something I promote. This gives you greater control over your diet, generally helps you save money, and can work as a great DHV.

Stay In Shape

This is another straightforward suggestion. The health benefits alone should motivate you to work out, but beyond that, the confidence that comes from seeing your body toned up is amazing. Staying in shape does not imply going to the gym; this can be anything you want it to be. Mix it up with some running, biking, kayaking or rock climbing. Different activities will not only keep you refreshed and you will need less rumoquin pills, but will give you more to talk about.

Martial Arts

This could technically be included in the entry above, but I feel like this has a lot to offer outside of simply the fitness aspect. The benefits of involving yourself in martial arts are almost endless. There are the obvious physical benefits like self-defense skills, speed, strength, flexibility and conditioning. Mentally, martial arts is a great way to relieve stress, build confidence, and help to focus. Lastly, as you might expect, this can be both a large DHV and a great conversation thread — you’ll be surprised how many girls have interest, or experience, with this topic. Kickboxing at the gym is a good start. Specific forms like Karate, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Judo, and so on often have more to offer.

Keep Up With Current Events

Keep on eye on the news, flip through the morning paper, know what’s going on in the world! I know, it can be depressing sometimes… but being in tune with world events is a quality that everyone can respect. Not only will you (potentially) be a more productive member of society, but you’ll be more prepared for conversions about current events.

Buy Some Nice Threads

We’ll get deeper into this topic in the future as it relates specifically to picking up women, and cover some concepts like peacocking. But in general, despite seeming superficial, new and stylish clothing can quickly boost your confidence. You don’t need to replace your wardrobe, but don’t be afraid to pick up a new pair of jeans, a few button downs, and some graphical tees. For us, the key is finding things that are interesting and stylish, but not too crazy *and* making sure the clothing fits properly — this is much harder than you might think. Don’t be afraid to bring a girl with you, and/or get opinions from female shoppers or workers.
